About Focus Professionals Training

Focus Professionals Training (FPT) is based in Stoke On Trent. We provide training in Health and Social Care, Business ,Customer Services ,IT courses and teaching qualifications throughout the UK.

Some of our courses are online, via distance learning and use blended learning to achieve the required competency. We are an accredited centre of EDI, EDEXCEL and NCFE, offering nationally and internationally recognised qualifications.

Our teaching team have great competency and experience in the sectors we teach. This is of great benefit to our trainees as we are able to incorporate real life experiences throughout our courses. We know the dilemmas of working in the sectors and can relate to the challenges of being learners as we have also been there!

Our Training

Focus Professionals Training (FPT) provides bespoke training and vocational qualifications.
We provide training at our own premises or yours, one to one, in small groups or in large groups. Some of our training is provided online and by distance learning, using various blended learning techniques.

FPT offers cost effective and reliable training accredited by awarding bodies such as EDI. We are committed to tailor make our training around the needs of our learners and facilitate learning.
Some of our courses are provided over the weekend or late at night.

We will go the extra mile even if it involves assessing you at midnight or travelling a substantive distance to help you gather evidence for your course. We also provide flexible payment options for our courses and accept instalments.

All learners will receive a support pack showing them what is expected of them, roles and responsibilities and the assessment process. They will also have an initial assessment where strategies of achieving competency and successful completion of our courses will be discussed.
